We would like to remind you (the user) to carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before using the APP to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please carefully read and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Your use of the APP will be deemed to be your acceptance of this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This agreement can be updated by the platform at any time, and the updated agreement terms will replace the original agreement terms once published without prior notice, and users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by "ScanCollect", and the user's continued use of the service will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.
1. Protection of personal privacy information of users
1. If the platform discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that the user has violated the agreement, the platform has the right to review and delete the relevant content at any time without notice, including but not limited to user information and posting records, and punish the user according to the severity of the case. Penalties for violating accounts include but are not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans, and users will be notified of the results.
2. Users who are banned for violating the user agreement can contact the platform by themselves. Among them, the user whose function is banned will automatically restore the banned function after the ban period expires. Banned users can submit appeals, and the platform will review the appeals and decide whether to change the punishment measures based on their own reasonable judgment.
3. The user understands and agrees that the platform has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and store relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations etc., the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
4. The user understands and agrees that for any claims, demands or losses claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or incurred by the user’s violation of this agreement, the user shall compensate the platform, its cooperative companies and affiliated companies, and make them free from damage.
2. Rules of use
1. Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of the platform, and the platform shall not bear any responsibility for this.
2. Users shall not use this service to conduct the following behaviors:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using other people's names;
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information;
(3) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using technical means to create false accounts in batches;
(5) Use this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
(6) Produce and publish methods and tools related to the above acts, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, and provide services that are not expressly authorized.
3. The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted by using this service, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user himself and has nothing to do with the platform.
If any damage is caused to the platform or a third party, the user shall make compensation according to law.
4. The services provided by the platform may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by the platform and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions carried out in accordance with the advertising information.
The platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transaction based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertiser.
3. Others
1. The platform solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt the platform from liability and limit the rights of users. Users are requested to read carefully and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.
2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the user and the platform, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the platform is located.
3. If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.
